If you decide that the products you received aren’t right for you within 30 days following your delivery, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return or exchange or refund process.

 

* Returns must include all accessories

* Items must include original packaging

* Returns may be rejected if items do not include all accessories or the original package.

* If your request for a refund exceeds the time on the return policy (30 days), we will not offer you any refund or exchange, except in special cases.

 

What are the return steps?

1. Contact us: Contact us with your question and proof of purchase.

2. Confirm: Please wait for our confirmation. Once we've confirmed your information, we'll provide you will a return label.

3. Return: Please use your return label to ship back your product. Once completed, please email us your return shipping tracking number.

4. Refund: After we've received your return tracking number we will arrange your replacement/refund.

 

Q: If I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

Q: I ordered the wrong size/color, or I used the wrong delivery address, how can I change it?

Q: Do I need to pay for the return shipping?

A: If  the product(s) you receive is defective or has any quality issues, we will fully cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

 

Q: When can I expect a refund for my return?

A: It typically takes 5-7 business days for our facility to process returns. Once your return is accounted for, we'll refund your original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to settle back on your original form of payment.
